General Brief Of Electrical & Operation System
§ Main power supply 240V at the main control box and it will transform to 24 volt D.C current.
§ Main control panel will consist of ON/OFF switch speed control regulator & limit switch counter.
§ 20 volt D.C high torque motor mounting on top of strong track
Technical specification states as following :
a) Track size : 10m straight length x 2.5m radius (15m length x 5m width).
b) Track section area : 150mm high x 903mm width.
c) Each track section length : 8ft (2432mm) c/w flange joint.
d) 24 volt D.C current motor to drive a 13 inch dia rubber wheel with max. weight of 200kg @ at least 25km/h.
e) Mounting devices for carry weight set.
f) Steel railing column for holding the motor drive and rubber wheel.
g) Side build-up control panel.
h) Adjustable foot screw for loading track position.
